FYI both trees at top of Prairie Wolfe are dead.

Paul Baker:
If you read this, do you mind if we add a bolt anchor at the top of this route?
I want to go to hell... there's probably lots of rock to climb there.

If there is no longer a convenient natural anchor available, I have no problem with a bolt anchor.

It is really Mark's route though. I'll PM his email address to you.

I redpointed this line Sunday. ooff!!! hard.

I think it can be TR'd from a tree 8feet left and then clip in some directionals on the bolts on the way down and gear below. Might be ok to leave it as tree anchor since it sees little traffic.

I know I'm resurrecting and old thread here...

I climbed this route today. I'll reiterate what Fred said - Hard! It was a battle the whole way.
Yet another very sandbag route! It's a nice route though, with great movements. Gear is good too but it definitely could use a bolted anchor.

I also hopped on another obscure route - Ruffus. Maybe obscure = sandbagged?

Has anyone been on this route? Where does it go after the bolts? The gear was crap at the end so I bailed left on the end of Finger the Mono. If it goes straight it's definitely PG gear.
So much rock, so little time
