rainy day climbing

Postby Dom » Thu Oct 01, 2009 9:59 am

I'm just wondering wich routes in Welsford (Cochrane Lane, Sunnyside, Cloud base) or St-John stay dry in the rain or dry up relatively quickly after rain.... I'm aware that because of the low angle granite nature of Cochrane Lane, there arent many.... As for Sunnyside I have no idea?

I know for a fact that Leviathan will stay dry during a downpour....

For the purpose of this thread, gym routes or problems don't count

during a downpour nothing in sunnyside stays completely dry. however it dries very quickly and you can still climb in a light rain on atomic wall and sunnyside wall.

Ra stays dry up to the crux even in downpour hehe.
