If Keith ever asks you to go on a trip out west with him. Here's some advice.

Don't go he'll bring rail, snow and plenty of cold weather with him.

With Keith's apparent ability to attract bad weather I wouldn't put it past him.

Thats good sound advice dave. I think thats right up there with " Don't let keith lead you through Grover, LOC, or Sorrows end". Yes you will get there, but it takes longer than it should.

Keith, could is this the real reason you picked up a GPS?

Greater Victoria

10 TO 20 CM OF SNOWFALL EXPECTED THROUGH TODAY OR TONIGHT BEFORE SNOW CHANGES TO RAIN. 20 TO 25 CM EXPECTED FOR EAST VANCOUVER ISLAND AND INLAND SECTIONS OF WEST VANCOUVER ISLAND.
A PACIFIC FRONTAL SYSTEM APPROACHING COASTAL BRITISH COLUMBIA WILL BRING HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG WINDS TO THE COAST TODAY. STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 60 TO 90 KM/H AHEAD OF THE FRONT HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE NORTH COAST AND CENTRAL COAST COASTAL REGIONS AND NORTH VANCOUVER ISLAND. STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 50 TO 70 KM/H WILL DEVELOP OVER WEST VANCOUVER ISLAND AND NORTHERN SECTIONS OF EAST VANCOUVER ISLAND AND SUNSHINE COAST LATER THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW HAS DEVELOPED OVER THE NORTH COAST REGIONS WITH 10 TO 20 CM EXPECTED TODAY BEFORE IT CHANGES TO RAIN THIS AFTERNOON. OVER THE SOUTH COAST SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON GIVING SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 10 TO 20 CM WITH HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS OF 20 TO 25 CM EXPECTED FOR THE EAST SIDE OF VANCOUVER ISLAND AND FOR THE INLAND SECTIONS OF VANCOUVER ISLAND. SNOW WILL CHANGE TO RAIN THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. HOWEVER A FEW FLURRIES WILL LINGER ACROSS INLAND SECTIONS OF VANCOUVER ISLAND AND FOR THE EASTERN SECTIONS OF THE FRASER VALLEY OVERNIGHT. ARCTIC AIR OVER THE BRITISH COLUMBIA INTERIOR CONTINUES TO SPILL OUT THROUGH THE NORTH COAST INLAND SECTIONS AND EASTERN FRASER VALLEY GENERATING STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS AND DANGEROUSLY COLD WINDCHILL TEMPERATURES OF MINUS 20.

lol, yeah, here in seattle they have shut tr friggin city down for the last 2 days. roads are just ice. Last time i was on the west coast it was the biggest snow storm in 8 years or something silly. And man, people out here are scared to climb out when it's cold. argh.

I'll always get you where you want to go --- just my way :)
