YOGA FOR CLIMBERS - unique 2 part format

YOGA FOR CLIMBERS is a unique 2-part yoga session to be offered by Carmen Holm (http://www.theyogaloft.ca/cholm.html).

Part 1:
Tuesday, July 28
7:30-8:30pm @ the Yoga Loft (http://www.theyogaloft.ca/index.html)
Limited to 15 participants*

Part 2:
Boulderfest weekend (time TBA)
@ Dover Island
No limit to the number of participants!

*Please reply to katetherien at ns.sympatico.ca to register. No yoga experience necessary. Sore climbing bodies not required, but definitely an asset! :wink:

thanks for posting a reminder. for all those still interested in joining us, please don't feel you cannot come if you haven't registered with me. I realize that nova scotians are well known for making decisions at the last minute, so we won't slam the door in anyone's face this evening.
