Indoor climbing partner in Halifax/Dartmouth

Postby bkapow » Tue Dec 15, 2009 5:50 pm

Hello, this is my first post, glad to be part of your forum.

I'm hoping to connect with climbers while I'm in Halifax (over Dec and Jan).

Would be great to climb indoors or out. I have sport gear, a 60m dry rope and have about 6 years climbing experience, mainly sport lead up to 11a.

In return I will be a reliable, easy-going partner and may even return the favour if you're ever climbing in Ontario.

Please drop me a line and thanks a lot!

There's always The Rock Court at Dalplex

It's however more geared towards bouldering, both are great gyms

The climbing community here is small and can be more cliquey than in bigger areas. Lots of good peeps around though. Both gyms host league nights, and you'd be guarenteed to find a partner there. The Ground Zero league night is a long standing Halifax Climbing tradition - don't miss that one.

Good luck and welcome to Nova Scotia!
