Dover this weekend July 17/18

Postby martha » Mon Jul 12, 2010 4:02 pm

Hey All,

Fred and I are heading to Dover this weekend with the kids and a bunch of our friends (maybe 10 of us?). Friday is our 5th wedding anniversary.. and what better way to celebrate than to go back to where we wed? :) (GAG>> I know!!!)

I plan to book a boat (or two) over to the Island around 9am and 10am on Saturday morning. I'm just wondering if anyone else is headed out so that we can co-ordinate boat rides for Norms sake. I've already left him a message, and will be calling to confirm everything on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Just post here if you are thinking of heading over!

Thanks!

Cara

I'm down for Friday night or Saturday morning, coming back to the city Saturday night.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the weather to hold up so I can sleep under the stars!

So looking at the weather we're rolling the dice this weekend. I was thinking I would try and make it out for Saturday, but now the weather lottery makes me want to climb on Sunday. Right now I have an empty car so I can pack a few people in whichever day I go.

One way or another I'll be on Dover treating myself to some birthday sends too. If you're looking to get drunk and climb this weekend you'll have your choice of excuses, and if things get way outa hand you have more than one excuse!

Hey all,

Our boat to Dover is confirmed at 10am. I suspect that we'll fill it, so if there are more than our Freddy crew coming out on Saturday AM, you may want to check in with Norm.

See you out there!

Hey Chris,

I'll be catching your boat tomorrow night with Bonnie. A little more room in my car if anyone else needs a ride!

Hey All,

I have booked a boat for 7:30 PM on Saturday night. There should be lots of extra room for anybody that's interested.
