Unfortunately PEI sandstone is too soft and unstable for climbing. A bit down the list of PEI threads you'll come across info on indoor stuff. And maybe some Islander contacts.
For the real thing, New Brunswick has the largest and most varied rope climbing in the area. Trad and Sport and mixed on granite, basalt, limestone. see here for info on the guidebook and check the NB new routes thread.
Nova Scotia has world-class bouldering (granite), and enough sport and trad to keep you busy for a bit.
Good luck
