Pilates for Climbers

What: Pilates for Climbers - Increase core strength, flexibility, balance, mind/body coordination and precision of movement. Gain overall strength, keep your body equally proportioned and reduce chance of injury due to muscle imbalance.

Instructor: Cara Bérubé

When: Tuesdays 6pm-7pm, Starting Tuesday March 9th.

Location: Bishop Drive 'Eric Bissonette's Boot Camp, same parking lot as Home Hardware furniture and Q1labs.

Price: 10 weeks, $120 or $100 for students with a valid ID; 6-8 participants are required to run the class.

I think you should organize a class in Moncton - I'm sure we have enough climbers to faciliate your trip :P
