I had a pair of Kayland Revolutions and they didn't work for me at all! They dug into my ankles on rocky approaches and got minor frostbite with them. I switched back to plastics.

Although I found they climbed rock fairly well. I would definitely go for the LaSportiva Nepal Extreme over the Kaylands.
