These are spanking new. poor rob... his first day on them he was so excited!

Then went home with a badly bruised toenail!

No, these boots are used. They may be in great condition, but you used them.

Is this post useful for anything??? But just to clarify...new meaning purchased new from a store fresh out of the box with tags attached. He made sure no one had even tried them on before as some people might consider that he bought "used" boots. Then...upon opening the new box and trying on his new boots, he climbed in them outdoors for 3 days and has now decided they're too small. I'm sure there are no more than a few miles on these boots all of which would have been on snow. So they are what Rob said they are...NEW with three days of use. I'll give you a hundred and fifty Rob. :D :D

I think she was trying to say something like that but, it didn't come out quite right. I already gave her a hard time about it. :D
