whats the boot of choice for parlee?

Postby Paddlerx » Sun Mar 23, 2008 8:16 pm

my salomons are killing my feet this year. 1 size too small i think. their also 6 or 7yrs old so its time to go with something lighter and newer. since i'll likely be doing this online via the cheapest deal i can find...is there a general consensus for the best non-plastic ice boot out there? cold feet usually isn't my issue. lighter weight would be a nice bonus. i have narrow euro style feet on me (narrow overall).

cheers.

If you are looking for a low price, these are about the cheapest I could find....

What size feet do you have? I will probably be selling my nepal extremes before next season. Size 43.5. My feet keep growing and mine are now too small for me. This is the only reason i'm selling them. VG condition. And imo they are the best boot period...not just the best non-plastic boot. Most who own would agree.

If you stick with the major brands, I think most of the available leather boots are pretty good. The best boots are the ones that most comfortably fit YOUR feet, regardless of what is being hyped as "the best" in the mags or on the internet.

There are so many choices today that there's really no reason (aside from financial constraints) to have uncomfortable boots.

dont be cheap and buy that mad rock crap, those things are a joke and wont last you a season. Also, stay away from Kayland.
