THis my Shi...

Go Bananas!

So I bought a crap load of gear yesterday.. well on my way to being a 'gear whore' now!

ARCTERYX has a smokin deal on their Sidewinder jacket at Coast Mountain... its regular $650, I got it for 380. I bought a Bora 65 as well. Plus boots, and I decided to go with the Fuji Finepics S20 Pro... its awesome.

Cant wait for it to rain to try out my new coat... oh wait a minute...

You don’t really realize so much how high you are, and then you fall.

booties

Postby climberwannabe » Thu Jun 16, 2005 2:58 pm

No I bought some backpacking boots called Dunhams. I've never really heard of them, but they fit and feel great. I already have mountaineering boots, they are a bit decrepid but will do the trick. Man that camera has got so many functions. I'm in the middle of studying the manual, there is some major BLING BLING yo.

I wore my new Dunhams on saturday, well all day to be exact (except when I was in climbing shoes, which wasnt much)... and they are frikkin awesome. They are so comfortable, and my feet werent sore at all by the end of the day, which is pretty good considering I'd never worn them longer than 10 mins before that. I highly recommend these to anyone.
