When was that, the date is a bit blurry at the end there.

By the looks of the weather I would say it wasn't on July 9th (last sunday), we had a real nasty storm that blow in at 2 pm.

Nice video, long but its a long day.

Hey Mat,

Thats this last Saturday. Car to car in 6.5! But bloddy hell, thats one big mountain! Left the car at 10am and got back to 4:35.

Sunday was spent trying to decipher the events of a Saturday night on Banff Ave with the locals. Nothing like waking up with half of your body hanging out of your tent and more money in your pocket than you started out with! At least my pants were'nt around my ankles

I do like your camp sticker on a petzl helmet.

It really is pretty long. You should do it ala surivor man and set up camera to film your self.

More view shots would help too.

Ive always been one for equal opportunity ad space.

I think i just need a partner to film. Thanks for the input though. Each one is better than the last.

Mountaineering routes are pretty tough to make exciting. You're right, more scenery and more acutal movent. You all must really be sick of looking up my nose the whole time.

Even just splicing some scenery over when you are talking would be cool.

If you would of been on the mountain the next day it would of had plenty of action packed moments. The whole area had a fierce storm blow in, in the span of about 30 minutes, the weather went from overcast to gale force wind and lightning strikes within 2 seconds delay, hail, buckets of water pouring down to nice and sunny all within 20 to 30 minutes. I wanted to take a video of the wind storm hitting but I was too busy running for cover down to the trees.

Hey Mat,

We are going to try to get into the alpine this week if you are interested. I'm going to spend the weekend on Sask glacier and try for Castleeguard then meeting up at the Canmore club house on Sunday evening.

The week is pretty open, we are looking at Victoria & Lefroy. AthaB Silverhorn & Androm Skyladder, or Woolley & Diadem. Hoping our climbing days will be Tues, Wed, Thurs.

The forcast is looking a little variable though.

Drop me a PM or emial if you feel like meeting up.
