Bathroom outdoors

Postby vbpad » Mon May 07, 2007 12:01 pm

I'd just like to take a moment to remind anybody deciding to take a dump outdoors please do it at least 200 feet away from a trail as not only do people use these trails but some of us bring our pets out there too. seeing your dog come running up to you with toilet paper hanging out of it's mouth then seeing said toilet paper not 20 ft away really doesn't make for a good hiking or climbing experience.

Thank you!

Fred and I had noticed that someone took a dump very handy to the trail last week as well.

Yuck.

maybe same pile, maybe a different one...either way.. definately 200 ft away please! An bury it!!!
The phrase "working mother" is redundant. ~Jane Sellman

If a husband speaks in the woods, and his wife is not there to hear him...is he still wrong?

Yes, bury it and stick a big rock on it, then kick some dirt on it. It's like composting!
