bittorrent sites?

anyone know of free bittorrent sites, ones where you dont have to become a member?

I use MIRC from mirc.com You get pakcet numbers for what you want from packetnews.com and then you use the MIRC program to request a packet. It's not bittorent but it works pretty good for getting whatever you need.
A bit complicated to get into but works well once you figure it out.

I've found that http://www.torrentspy.com has just about everything that I ever look for-especially recent tv and movies.
