Climbing around cornerbrook?

Climbing around cornerbrook?

going to be at marble for a few days end of feb, but would like to get some climbing in if there is any in the area. I know there's suppose to be some stuff in stevenville which is like what, an hour i think. Anywhere else around marble?

Yeah dude, Gull pond in Stephenville can be seen on the right when you come off the TCH heading into Stephenville. It's the boulders at the bottom of the big cliff. I don't really remember how to get to the Asylum in Cornerbrook.

The asylum (really cool cave for bouldering) isnt that hard to get to. I can figure out proper directions and post them if you like. But it's definitely worth going to Gull Pond.

Sean White has a little guide done apparently?

tracstarr-get in touch with me before you go, i can give you some directions. i have a few guide books on gull pond here as well or you can pick one up at cycle solutions bike shop in corner brook.
